Job Summary

The ERP & Integrations Manager is responsible for leading the implementation, optimization, and ongoing management of the organization's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and business system integrations. This role ensures that core business applications are reliable, scalable, secure, and aligned with operational and strategic goals. The ERP & Integrations Manager works closely with finance, operations, HR, and IT teams to streamline processes, improve data flow, and enable automation across systems.

Responsibilities

  • Own the overall ERP platform strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management.
  • Lead ERP implementation, upgrades, and enhancement projects.
  • Manage system integrations between ERP and other business applications (CRM, HRIS, payroll, e-commerce, BI, etc.).
  • Oversee data integrity, master data management, and reporting accuracy.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Manage ERP configuration, customization, and user access/security.
  • Establish and maintain integration architectures, APIs, and middleware platforms.
  • Ensure system performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Develop and enforce ERP and integration standards, documentation, and best practices.
  • Lead and mentor ERP analysts, developers, and integration engineers.
  • Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and third-party service providers.
  • Manage ERP and integration budgets and licensing.
  • Support audit, compliance, and internal control requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement and automation of business processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience working with ERP systems and enterprise applications.
  • 2+ years of experience in a leadership or management role.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one major ERP platform (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Strong experience with system integrations, APIs, and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato).
  • Solid understanding of business processes in finance, supply chain, HR, and operations.
  • Experience with data management, reporting, and analytics.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED350,000.00 per year
