We are seeking a visionary
Consulting Director
to lead our renewables advisory commercial and technical teams in the region. Based in the UAE, this role offers the opportunity to drive strategic growth, deliver high-impact solutions, and influence the clean energy landscape across EMEA.

What You'll Do
As a leader in our Renewables Advisory offering, you will:

  • Lead and Inspire: Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team, fostering a high-performance culture aligned with global operations and sales strategy.
  • Drive Commercial Success: Own the business P&L, define and implement the commercial strategy for Renewables in the Middle East, and ensure delivery against financial and operational targets.
  • Expand Market Presence: Develop and maintain strong client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and position the consultancy as a trusted partner in the region's energy transition.
  • Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with regional and global leadership to ensure regional initiatives support broader sustainability goals and commercial priorities.
  • Deliver Impact: Oversee the execution of complex advisory projects across solar, wind, hydrogen, and other emerging technologies, ensuring technical excellence and client satisfaction.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience leading technical and commercial teams in the renewables or sustainability sector.
  • Strong understanding of the Middle East energy market and its evolving regulatory and investment landscape.
  • Demonstrated success in managing P&L and driving business growth.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills and a track record of securing strategic partnerships.
  • Ability to translate global strategy into actionable regional plans.
