About the Role

Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking a motivated and customer‑focused Mandarin‑Speaking Real Estate Agent to join our expanding team in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for professionals who can confidently engage with Chinese‑speaking clients, provide exceptional service, and guide investors through the UAE property market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Mandarin‑speaking clients and investors
  • Conduct property presentations, viewings, and consultations in Mandarin and English
  • Advise clients on market trends, pricing, investment opportunities, and legal requirements
  • Manage a portfolio of properties and maintain accurate listings and client records
  • Negotiate and close sales transactions while upholding high professional standards
  • Coordinate with developers, landlords, and internal teams to ensure smooth deal execution
  • Stay updated on new projects, community developments, and regulatory changes
  • Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and client meetings targeting the Chinese market

Requirements

  • Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably in the UAE market
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds
  • Professional appearance and strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to work independently and consistently meet sales targets
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
