Role Overview

The Sales Manager for Wound Care & Aesthetic Injectables will be responsible for leading sales performance, driving strategic execution, and accelerating market penetration across Dubai and Abu Dhabi. This senior role requires strong business acumen, deep knowledge of the UAE healthcare landscape, and the ability to inspire and coach sales teams.

You will be a key driver of our integrated dermatology strategy—aligning sales, marketing, medical education, and digital initiatives to secure strong HCP engagement, professional endorsements, and sustainable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Execution

  • Develop, lead, and monitor annual business plans to maximize HCP endorsement, market coverage, and product profitability.
  • Ensure strong implementation of sales and marketing strategies across wound care and aesthetic injectables.
  • Identify new business opportunities, innovative approaches, and growth levers.

Stakeholder & KOL Engagement

  • Build and strengthen relationships with dermatologists, plastic surgeons, wound care specialists, OB/GYNs, and KOLs.
  • Represent Altis at congresses, symposia, and industry events.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure compliant, consistent messaging across all HCP touchpoints.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Marketing, Medical Education, and Category Management to deliver impactful trainings, congresses, workshops, and campaigns.
  • Oversee sales action plans and ensure alignment with brand positioning.
  • Develop and execute local digital marketing strategies.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Manage, train, and coach the sales team.
  • Evaluate team performance and ensure readiness for campaigns and launches.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous learning.

Financial Planning & Compliance

  • Manage sales and marketing budgets and forecasts.
  • Ensure full compliance with Altis Health Care's Code of Ethics, SOPs, and UAE regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 5–7 years of sales experience in pharmaceutical, aesthetic, skincare, or FMCG sectors.
  • Strong experience in dermatology, injectables, aesthetics, or wound care preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Science, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or Healthcare; MBA is an advantage.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic preferred.
  • Strong understanding of UAE healthcare systems and regulations.
  • Proven track record in achieving targets and leading teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
