MAE Group is expanding and looking for an experienced Sales Manager / Store Manager to lead store operations, manage sales teams, grow B2B accounts, and ensure strong operational performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily store operations (Bur Dubai or Al Barsha)
  • Lead sales team & achieve monthly sales targets
  • Build relationships with B2B clients & contractors
  • Coordinate with suppliers and ensure stock availability
  • Improve store presentation & customer experience
  • Handle pricing, purchasing coordination & margins
  • Monitor inventory, minimize stock loss, ensure accuracy
  • Daily reporting & use of Odoo system (training provided)

Requirements:

  • 0-1 years UAE experience (hardware/tools/paints preferred)
  • Strong leadership & customer service skills
  • Good product knowledge (power tools, paints, accessories)
  • Ability to manage multi-cultural teams
  • Strong English communication
  • ERP/POS experience preferred
  • UAE driving license is an advantage
