Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Abu Dhabi for a Social Media Marketing Specialist at Eleva Communications. The Social Media Marketing Specialist will be responsible for social media marketing, content creation, digital marketing, marketing strategy, and communication tasks on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media marketing strategies across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, X, etc.).
  • Create engaging and high-quality content, including graphics, videos, and copywriting.
  • Manage social media accounts, ensuring brand consistency and audience engagement.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize sponsored ads and paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
  • Analyze the performance of paid and organic social media campaigns, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, social media algorithms, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including designers and videographers, to produce impactful campaigns.

Required Software Skills

  • Social Media & Content Tools: Buffer, Canva, WordPress
  • Marketing & CRM: HubSpot, Mailchimp
  • Advertising & Sponsored Ads: Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads
  • Project Management & Analytics: MS Office (especially PowerPoint & Excel)
  • Marketing Strategy: Understanding of Marketing Funnel Strategy & Social Media Ad Targeting

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Social Media Marketing and Content Creation.
  • Strong skills in Digital Marketing, Marketing Strategy, and Communications.
  • Experience in creating, managing, and optimizing sponsored social media ads.
  • Excellent content writing and storytelling abilities.
  • Knowledge of marketing strategies, audience targeting, and industry trends.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in social media insights and performance tracking.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role is a must.
