Role Overview

As our Social Media Executive, you will be the digital voice of NWMEA. You will be responsible for curating high-quality content that showcases our premium property portfolio, highlights our market expertise, and engages our diverse audience. This role sits at the intersection of creativity and strategy, requiring a keen eye for aesthetics and a data-driven approach to community growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media calendar across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok) aligned with business goals.
  • Content Curation: Create and edit engaging multimedia content (images, Reels, videos, copy) that highlights our listings, team achievements, and market insights.
  • Community Management: Actively engage with our online community, responding to inquiries and comments in both Arabic and English to foster trust and brand loyalty.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor social media KPIs, generating monthly reports to analyze growth, engagement rates, and ROI to optimize future campaigns.
  • Brand Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and leasing teams to ensure property listings are promoted effectively and align with corporate branding guidelines.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of social media trends and algorithm updates to ensure NWMEA remains a competitive leader in the digital space.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in social media management or digital marketing (Real Estate experience is a significant plus).
  • Language Skills: Must be a fluent Arabic speaker with excellent English proficiency (written and verbal).
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in social media management tools and basic graphic design/video editing skills (Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, etc.).
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
  • Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced corporate environment.
