Our Holding Company operates across gold mining, refining, gold bars and coins, B2B and retail distribution, natural and lab-grown diamonds, high-end jewellery manufacturing, blockchain technology, digital-asset and crypto trading, and AI-driven platforms.

We are seeking a highly talented, imaginative, and perfection-driven Creative Director / Senior Graphic Designer to elevate our brand presence to international luxury standards.

ROLE OVERVIEW

We require a visionary creative mind capable of transforming management concepts into elite branding, digital experiences, and world-class corporate identity. The candidate must be self-driven, innovative, and capable of producing luxury content with precision and taste.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the creative direction for all subsidiaries and brands within the Group

  • Develop luxury branding systems across gold, diamonds, jewellery, blockchain, and AI divisions

  • Build corporate brand identities aligned with global institutional standards

  • Create brochures, investment presentations, KYC/Compliance documentation, and corporate decks

  • Design and enhance websites, digital platforms, and online presence with animations and motion graphics

  • Develop packaging, brand books, iconography, and premium marketing materials

  • Innovate new visual concepts to elevate the Group's global presence

  • Translate management vision into high-end creative outputs

  • Ensure visual consistency across all brands and digital channels

  • Manage multiple design projects with accuracy, discipline, and attention to detail

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite

  • Experience in luxury branding, jewellery, fashion, or high-end corporate design
    • Strong digital design and UI/UX capabilities

  • Excellent skills in typography, color theory, and luxury layout composition

  • Ability to create animations, motion graphics, and interactive content

  • Experience producing world-class presentations and investor decks

  • Ability to design complete corporate identity systems

  • Strong artistic vision combined with technical execution

  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and detail-oriented

  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver premium outputs

OPTIONAL (ADDED ADVANTAGE): DEVELOPMENT SKILLS

Candidates with development skills will have an advantage:

  • Ability to convert designs into responsive websites

  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and animation libraries

  • Experience building landing pages, dashboards, or digital platforms

  • Ability to deliver both design + development end-to-end
