About the Role
We are looking for a friendly, organized, Receptionist / Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate must be able to communicate Excellent in both English and Arabic and be confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors professionally
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails
- Manage schedules, appointments, and meeting arrangements
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and correspondence
- Maintain office filing and records
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
Requirements
- Excellent in English and Arabic (spoken & written)
- Previous experience as a receptionist or secretary (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Professional and presentable appearance
