JOB TITLE: Account Cum Data Entry OperatorDEPARTMENT: Account Cum Data Entry OperatorREPORTS TO: Accounts Manager / Finance Manager

PURPOSE OF POSITION:To support the accounts and operations department by accurately recording financial andinventory transactions in the system. The role is responsible for sales and purchase invoicing,manufacturing entries, BOM updates, stock verification, and daily closing stock reporting forraw materials and finished goods.The position ensures data accuracy, timely reporting, and proper documentation to supportfinancial control, inventory management, and management decision-making.QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in accounts and data entry operations
• Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Commerce, Accounting, or related field – preferred
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and inventory control
• Experience in ERP/accounting software (Tally, SAP, Dynamics, or similar)
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
• Experience in sales invoice, purchase invoice, and stock entries
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to meet deadlines and handle routine workload efficiently
• Good communication and coordination skills

DIMENSIONS OF POSITION: Prepare and enter sales invoices accurately in the ERP system Prepare and enter purchase invoices and verify supporting documents Record manufacturing/production entries in the system Maintain and update Bill of Materials (BOM) in ERP Perform physical stock verification in coordination with warehouse team Prepare and submit daily closing stock report (raw materials & finished goods) to the manager Ensure proper documentation and filing of invoices and stock records Support month-end closing and audit requirements Coordinate with warehouse, production, and accounts teams for data accuracy Maintain confidentiality of financial and business informationPotential Areas of Accountability: Accounting & Invoicing:
• Accurate preparation and entry of sales and purchase invoices
• Verification of quantities, rates, and tax calculations
• Timely updating of financial records Manufacturing & BOM Entries:
• Correct entry of production quantities and material consumption
• Regular BOM updates based on production changes Inventory & Stock Control:
• Daily closing stock reporting (raw material & finished goods)
• Physical stock verification and variance reporting
• Support inventory reconciliation ERP & Documentation:
• Accurate data entry in ERP system
• Maintain proper filing for audit and compliance purposes Coordination:
• Work closely with Accounts, Warehouse, Production, and Management teams
• Ensure smooth information flow between departments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3, AED3,500.00 per month
