About The Opportunity
Professional Services / Management Consulting firm operating in the United Arab Emirates, delivering business process support, operational reporting, and administrative services to regional clients. We seek a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to support on-site data capture, record maintenance, and quality assurance across client engagements.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate and timely data entry of client and operational records into internal databases and ERP/CRM systems while adhering to data-entry standards.
  • Validate and reconcile data from multiple sources (paper forms, scanned documents, spreadsheets) to ensure completeness and correctness.
  • Operate scanning and OCR tools to digitize documents, review OCR output and correct errors to maintain high data quality.
  • Maintain organized filing and version control for digital and physical records; follow company data retention and confidentiality procedures.
  • Run routine data quality checks, produce simple reports on discrepancies, and work with supervisors to resolve issues promptly.
  • Support ad-hoc administrative tasks such as printing, copying, and distributing documents required for client engagements or internal teams.

Minimum Qualifications & Attributes

  • Strong attention to detail, reliable attendance for an on-site role in the UAE, and ability to manage confidential information responsibly.
