Responsibilities:

As the Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the delivery of AI projects to achieve the company s strategic goals. Your role will encompass a range of activities focused on project management, team leadership, and customer satisfaction.

  • Lead and manage Technica teams, including project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
  • Provide strategic direction, mentorship, and support to team members to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and implement Technical Delivery plans that align with the company s business objectives and technological goals.
  • Ensure that delivery activities are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Implement best practices for project management, including agile methodologies and tools.
  • Ensure effective risk management, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to align Technical Delivery activities with business goals.
  • Ensure effective collaboration between Technical Delivery teams and other functional areas of the organization.
  • Ensure that AI projects meet customer requirements and expectations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Implement customer feedback mechanisms to drive continuous improvement in delivery processes.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Skills and attributes for success

  • Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, AI, or a related field is required. A Master s degree or MBA is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI, project management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of managing and delivering complex AI projects and teams.
  • Experience with project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Deep understanding of AI technologies and project management.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
