We are looking for an experienced
Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) Analyst / PMO
to support the implementation, governance, and optimization of TPRM processes for one of our key clients in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong project management capability, hands-on experience with TPRM frameworks, and the ability to coordinate across multiple business functions.

• Program Governance and Oversight


• Project Planning and Execution


• Stakeholder Communication


• Process Optimization and System Integration


• Metrics and Reporting

Role Highlights:


• Establish and maintain governance frameworks aligned with regulatory requirements and internal risk policies


• Develop and manage project plans across assessments, onboarding, remediation, and vendor lifecycle activities


• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Risk, Compliance, Legal, Procurement, and IT


• Facilitate status updates, steering committee sessions, and executive reporting


• Identify workflow gaps and support system enhancements with BRDs


• Experience with TPRM tools such as Archer or ServiceNow is preferred

Skills and Qualifications:


• Strong project management background


• Good understanding of third-party risk frameworks and standards (such as OCC and GDPR)


• Experience in GRC or vendor risk platforms


• Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills


• Strong documentation and reporting ability


• 5 to 7 years relevant experience
