We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate data, creating reports, analyzing performance, and supporting operational teams with error-free information and dashboards. If you have strong analytical skills and enjoy working with data to improve business efficiency, we want to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
  • Update and maintain data across multiple sheets, trackers, and systems.
  • Cross-check and validate data to identify mismatches, errors, or missing entries.
  • Build and maintain working sheets for operations and sales teams.
  • Develop dashboards for real-time monitoring of KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Analyze trends and provide insights to support decision-making.
  • Maintain data accuracy and ensure proper formatting and structure.
  • Coordinate with operations, sales, and management teams for data-related requirements.
  • Assist in process improvements by identifying data gaps and inefficiencies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Sheets, Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) and data formulas.
  • Experience in building dashboards.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple datasets and work under deadlines.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Proficient in MS Office and Google Sheets for data management.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and automation tools to streamline data processes.
  • Experience in handling large datasets and creating automated reports.
  • Knowledge of eCommerce operations or CRM tools is a plus.
  • Ability to create dashboards and visualize data effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 per month
