What Will Your Day Look Like?

As a Senior Planner – Feed, you will work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams and other business partners to drive continuous business improvement. Your day involves reviewing and analyzing sales data to assess performance, creating standardized and insightful reports, and supporting management with data-driven inputs to improve commercial efficiency.

In addition, you will have full ownership of the Agrivita Application, ensuring its active management, availability, and continuous support.

How Will You Make an Impact?

• Create comprehensive sales reports and develop detailed analyses of different market scenarios, providing management with clear options to compete effectively under varying market conditions.
• Analyze sales performance across global markets, channels, SKUs, and customers against defined goals and targets, identifying gaps and recommending actions for improvement.
• Regularly update sales forecasts and demand planning files in close coordination with Sales and Marketing teams to support planning activities and ensure forecast accuracy.
• Compile and prepare draft monthly and quarterly sales targets by salesman, channel, and other relevant dimensions.
• Analyze market segments and pricing structures to monitor and improve profitability.
• Conduct pricing analysis and manage the updating and maintenance of price lists in alignment with Marketing.
• Support e-commerce operations through sales analysis and reporting, back-office management, and ongoing coordination and communication.

Technical Skills:

• Animal Feed category – knowledge of products and services
• Planning and control
• Production, logistics and sales processes
• Understanding of financial measures including P&L
• Ecommerce platform management

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within consumer product sales, with exposure to planning activities.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems and strong proficiency in MS Office.
• Working knowledge of e-commerce platforms is preferred.
