Position Overview
We're seeking a Customer Service Specialist
with a passion for the advertising industry — someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and understands the importance of seamless client communication. You'll be the bridge between clients, creative teams, and production partners — ensuring every project runs smoothly from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely responses and effective communication.
- Manage project timelines, updates, and delivery schedules in coordination with internal and external teams.
- Understand client requirements, clarify specifications, and provide accurate quotations or updates.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, anticipating needs and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Handle inquiries, feedback, and concerns with professionalism and problem-solving finesse.
- Support the sales and operations teams to ensure project consistency and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience in
customer service, account management, or project coordination
— preferably within the
advertising or creative industry
. - Strong communication and organizational skills.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with advertising materials, signage, or fabrication processes is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; CRM experience is an advantage.
