About the job

We are looking for a new self-driven and reliable team member to work with us in Dubai as a Commercial Operations Specialist.

Become a part of our team, where you will play a crucial role in maintaining our expanding portfolio of Solar and Wind Projects in Germany.

As the Commercial Specialist, y
ou are responsible for complying with financial processes and preparing financial overviews for accounting, banks, and operators.

Your keen eye for detail will be instrumental in evaluating and providing valuable insights into the financial performance of these projects.

Your tasks

financial O&M

  • Receive, Check and approve credit notes and invoices
  • Update liquidity plans and financial overviews for our German SPVs
  • Monthly updates of invoices and credit notes to internal accounting
  • Maintain contact with German service providers and financial institutions if needed
  • Monitor financial obligations and deadlines for our German SPVs
  • Manage insurance cases for our German SPVs
  • Update and maintain O&M overviews and sheets as needed

Your profile

  • Fluent in English, German is a big plus
  • Successfully completed commercial education / training
  • Several years of experience in finance or accounting in a medium-sized or larger company
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
  • Reliability, diligence, strong communication skills and collaborative mindset
