Overview:

We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Account Executive, social media focused, to join our team and support the day-to-day management of multiple clients. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, a solid grasp of social media and campaign management, and a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage day-to-day client communication and requests with professionalism and efficiency.
  2. Write clear, actionable briefs and ensure smooth coordination between internal teams.
  3. Oversee the timely delivery of all ongoing jobs, ensuring deadlines are consistently met.
  4. Prepare quotations and coordinate with finance and procurement teams as needed.
  5. Develop monthly social media content calendars aligned with strategy and ongoing activities.
  6. Manage social media platforms, ensuring all posts align with approved calendars and brand tone.
  7. Collaborate with community managers to keep all brand pages current and engaging.
  8. Create regular progress reports for projects and social media.
  9. Manage the execution of digital campaigns and on-ground activities.
  10. Coordinate and oversee event coverage, ensuring smooth on-ground execution and content capture.

Skills & Qualifications:

  1. Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
  2. Advanced knowledge of key social media platforms, content formats, and trends.
  3. Proven experience building and scheduling social media calendars.
  4. Ability to analyze digital reports and translate insights into recommendations.
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Arabic and English are required).
  6. Team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
  7. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar agency or client-facing role.
  8. Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accountability.
  9. Solid understanding of brand guidelines, visual identity, and strategy implementation.
