About the Role

We are looking for a presentable, customer-focused, and confident Female Receptionist who can handle front desk operations professionally. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Arabic and English, with excellent communication and customer service skills. This role involves managing client interactions, scheduling, and supporting daily administrative operations.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and visitors professionally and assist them with inquiries.
  • Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and appointment bookings.
  • Manage customer check-in and check-out processes.
  • Coordinate with service advisors and workshop teams.
  • Maintain reception area cleanliness, organization, and customer comfort.
  • Prepare daily reports and support administrative tasks.
  • Provide excellent customer service to enhance overall client experience.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a receptionist or customer service representative (automotive industry preferred).
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Basic computer skills (email, MS Office, booking systems).
  • UAE experience preferred.
