Job Summary

The Driver / Technician is responsible for safely operating company vehicles while supporting maintenance teams on site. The role combines driving duties with basic technical and handyman tasks, assisting skilled technicians during preventive maintenance, breakdowns, and small repair works across residential and commercial properties.

Key ResponsibilitiesDriving & Vehicle Duties

  • Safely drive company vehicles to and from job sites across Dubai
  • Ensure timely arrival for service calls and scheduled maintenance
  • Conduct
    daily vehicle checks
    (fuel, oil, tyres, lights, cleanliness)
  • Maintain vehicle cleanliness inside and out
  • Report any vehicle damage, defects, or traffic fines immediately

Technical & Site Support

  • Assist HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and maintenance technicians on site
  • Carry tools, materials, and equipment to and from work areas
  • Support basic tasks such as:
  • AC filter cleaning
  • Coil washing
  • Minor repairs and replacements
  • Cleaning and preparation works
  • Follow instructions from the lead technician or supervisor

Documentation & Reporting

  • Assist in completing job cards and basic service reports
  • Take site photos (before/after) when required
  • Communicate job status back to the office or supervisor

Safety & Compliance

  • Follow company
    HSE procedures
    and site safety rules
  • Use PPE correctly at all times
  • Ensure safe handling of tools, ladders, and materials

Customer Conduct

  • Maintain a professional and respectful attitude with clients
  • Represent the company positively at all times
  • Do not engage in technical discussions beyond assigned responsibility

Qualifications & Experience

  • Valid
    UAE light vehicle driving licence
    (mandatory)
  • Minimum
    1–2 years driving experience
    in the UAE
  • Basic technical or maintenance experience preferred
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
  • Familiar with Dubai roads and locations

Skills & Competencies

  • Good time management and reliability
  • Basic understanding of tools and site work
  • Physically fit and able to assist on site
  • Willingness to learn technical skills
  • Basic English communication skills
