Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled AC Technician cum Driver with experience in building maintenance and fit-out projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, service, maintain, and repair split, package, ducted, and VRF/VRV AC systems.
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance for HVAC systems in residential, commercial, and retail properties.
- Attend breakdown calls and troubleshoot AC issues efficiently.
- Perform AC-related works during fit-out projects, including ducting, piping, insulation, and testing.
- Ensure all works are completed as per safety standards and company procedures.
- Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and other technicians.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle in good condition.
- Drive company vehicle to transport manpower, materials, and tools to project sites.
- Maintain proper job records, service reports, and checklists.
- Follow company HSE rules and UAE regulations at all times.
Requirements
- ITI / Diploma in HVAC / Air Conditioning or relevant technical qualification.
- Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in AC maintenance and fit-out works.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, fault diagnosis, and repair.
- Ability to read basic drawings and understand site instructions.
- Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
- Good communication skills in English (Hindi/Arabic is an advantage).
- Physically fit and able to work in site condition.
