Role Description

This is a full-time remote Business Analyst role. The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, developing business processes, and identifying areas for improvement. The role involves collaborating with various teams to understand project goals, creating documentation, and communicating insights effectively to stakeholders. The selected candidate will act as a liaison between business units and technical teams, ensuring successful project delivery and data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and expertise in Business Analysis to evaluate data and derive insights effectively
  • Proficiency in Business Process design, management, and optimization
  • Skill in gathering and defining clear Business Requirements tailored to project needs
  • Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to relay complex information to diverse audiences
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Proficiency in tools and methods related to business analysis and process improvement
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Prior experience in a similar role and familiarity with remote working environments is a plus
