Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial and Residential Broker Agent based in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing real estate transactions, including buying, selling, and renting commercial and residential properties. The role involves building and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, advising clients, and negotiating deals. Agents will support clients in understanding property values, market trends, and legal requirements.

Qualifications

Experience in Brokerage and a comprehensive understanding of real estate processes

Knowledge of Insurance and Finance to assist clients with property-related financial needs

Strong skills in Customer Service and Sales to effectively manage client expectations and achieve targets

Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships

Knowledge of Dubai's real estate market and regulatory environment is an advantage

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively

Hold a valid real estate or broker license, or willingness to obtain one

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates for a Commercial & Residential Broker Agent. The responsibilities include facilitating property transactions for both commercial and residential real estate, providing support and guidance for clients, and ensuring a seamless process for buying, selling, or renting properties. The role also involves conducting market analyses, preparing and presenting property listings, and maintaining excellent customer relationships through professional and timely communication. The Broker Agent will work closely with clients to assess their needs and offer tailored property solutions.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Brokerage and understanding of real estate processes and best practices
  • Knowledge of Insurance and Finance as it relates to property transactions
  • Strong Customer Service and Sales skills with a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Proficiency in market research and ability to analyze trends and property values
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of transactions effectively
  • Familiarity with the Dubai real estate market is highly preferred
  • Relevant certifications or licenses in real estate are advantageous
