This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Agent / Real Estate Broker, located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Real Estate Agent / Real Estate Broker will be responsible for advising clients on real estate opportunities, assisting in the buying and selling process, and providing expert recommendations for successfully closing property transactions in Dubai's competitive market. The role includes identifying prospective clients, understanding their property requirements, preparing and conducting property viewings, and building and maintaining strong client relationships.

  • Must have previous sales experience (in sales fields, real estate fields, insurance fields).
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills to effectively interact with clients, address inquiries and provide tailored property solutions.
  • Extroverted, high-energy, proactive attitude with persuasion skills.
  • Strong networking and well-connected with communities.
  • Knowledge and experience in real estate market trends.
  • Creative and confident creating social media content.
  • Comfortable working on a commission-only structure, with uncapped growing potential.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional language proficiency is an advantage.
  • Driven, people-oriented, and ready to grow in Dubai's dynamic property market.
