Job Summary:
The
Quality Assurance Officer
will be responsible for supporting and implementing quality management processes across projects. This role ensures that all project activities comply with client requirements, industry standards, and organizational quality benchmarks. The incumbent will assist in executing quality assurance initiatives, supporting continuous improvement efforts, and ensuring that project teams adhere to established quality protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of quality assurance activities across projects.
- Assist project teams in applying and maintaining quality standards and procedures.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the Quality Assurance Plan in compliance with client requirements.
- Monitor and report on the quality of project processes, deliverables, and outcomes.
- Conduct inspections, audits, and quality checks to ensure compliance with standards.
- Identify areas for improvement and assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain and update quality documentation, including SOPs, manuals, and reports.
- Collect and analyze quality data to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate quality effectiveness.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues.
- Support training programs to promote compliance with quality procedures.
- Prepare and maintain records of non-conformance reports and ensure timely follow-up.
- Promote awareness of quality standards and continuous improvement across the project team.
- Prepare and share quality performance reports with the Project Manager and relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Experience in quality assurance, quality control, or quality management within [industry, e.g., construction, facilities management, pest control].
- Knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001:2015 or relevant standards).
- Experience in conducting inspections, audits, and implementing corrective actions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within project teams and promote a culture of quality.
