Job Purpose:

The Al Hashi Project Manager is responsible for establishing, leading, and managing all aspects of the Al Hashi Project — from strategic planning and administrative setup to production, marketing, and expansion. The role focuses on developing and executing comprehensive operational, technical, and marketing strategies to position Al Hashi as a leading brand locally.

Job Description & Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish the project's administrative structure, defining clear functional levels, job titles, responsibilities, and objectives.
  • Develop and document general project policies, including operational stages, workflows, and process flowcharts.
  • Select and appoint qualified personnel whose experience aligns with the project's strategic and operational goals.
  • Drive continuous product improvement, integrating customer feedback to achieve optimal satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identify and implement technical innovations in sourcing, production, distribution, and sales processes.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor all technical and operational activities in alignment with the project's objectives.
  • Provide strategic and operational leadership, managing and developing regional teams and project representatives.
  • Expand Al Hashi operations within approved budgets and timelines while ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
  • Develop new market opportunities to achieve nationwide coverage across the United Arab Emirates.
  • Prepare and deliver business presentations and proposals to senior management for new initiatives, product additions, or market expansions.
  • Identify, assess, and manage project risks through proactive planning and mitigation strategies.
  • Oversee marketing and promotional activities, coordinating with specialized teams and reporting campaign performance to management.
  • Supervise daily operations, coordinate with technical and administrative teams, and promptly resolve any arising issues.
  • Manage project budgets in coordination with the finance department, covering operational costs, branch expansion, product development, advertising, and marketing activities.
  • Prepare and submit monthly performance and progress reports to top management.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Management, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in project or operations management, preferably in the food production, F&B, or retail sectors.
  • Proven experience in strategic planning, business development, and operational leadership.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain management, production processes, and quality assurance.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, project management tools, and data reporting systems.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
