Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate timely and accurate maintenance of accounting records
* Ensure smooth monthly and yearly financial closing processes
* Prepare financial reports that accurately reflect business performance and financial position
* Support preparation of annual budgets and business forecasts
* Monitor departmental budgets, implement control mechanisms, and take corrective actions when required
* Lead General Ledger, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Inventory, and Project Accounting activities
* Coordinate timely payments to trade and non-trade suppliers
* Support internal and external audit requirements
* Handle additional finance-related tasks with flexibility and initiative
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor s or Master s degree in Finance or Accounting
* Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar finance role
* Retail sector experience is preferred
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to work closely with internal teams and senior management
