About the Role:

Nauru Medical Centre is seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Coordinator to support the smooth operation of the hospital's administrative and healthcare services. The successful candidate will coordinate office activities, manage documentation, and assist management in ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to management and medical staff.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and communications across departments.
  • Prepare and maintain reports, records, and correspondence.
  • Handle inquiries from internal and external stakeholders in a professional manner.
  • Support HR and procurement functions when required.
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Assist in logistics and coordination of hospital programs and staff activities.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of administrative or coordination experience (healthcare experience preferred).
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
  • Professional, courteous, and service-oriented demeanor.
