is seeking an
Executive Creative Director
to lead and scale its global creative output from Dubai. This is a
director-level leadership role
with responsibility for shaping creative vision across multiple international markets, building a central creative hub, and delivering culturally relevant, high-impact creative work for global clients.
The role combines
strategic creative leadership, high-level ideation, team building, and global market oversight
. It is suited to a creative leader who has operated across regions, understands cultural nuance, and can balance global brand consistency with local market relevance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead creative ideation and concept development across global markets, ensuring work is original, culturally intelligent, and strategically aligned with client objectives
- Own and define creative direction for international campaigns from concept through execution, maintaining consistency, quality, and creative excellence across regions
- Act as the senior creative authority for multiple global markets (including Europe and Asia), aligning local insights with global brand frameworks
- Build, lead, and scale a
central global creative hub
, setting standards for creative excellence, processes, and ways of working - Oversee end-to-end content and campaign production in collaboration with internal teams, external partners, and production specialists
- Partner closely with strategy, client leadership, and commercial teams to translate business objectives into compelling creative solutions
- Drive creative capability building through structured learning, market immersion, and ongoing team development initiatives
- Support global growth initiatives, including travel-led creative projects that deepen cultural understanding and strengthen international market presence
- Ensure strong collaboration between creative, strategy, production, and client-facing teams across regions
Candidate Profile
- Senior Creative Director / Executive Creative Director experience within a
global or internationally operating creative agency - Proven track record of leading
multi-market or global campaigns
across different cultures and regions - Strong conceptual leadership with the ability to translate strategy into impactful creative ideas
- Experience building and leading high-performing creative teams or hubs
- Deep understanding of content, brand storytelling, influencer-led campaigns, and modern production ecosystems
- Comfortable operating at leadership level with senior clients and internal stakeholders
- International exposure is essential; experience across Europe, Asia, or emerging markets is highly desirable
