Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Relations Manager based in Abu Dhabi. The Real Estate Relations Manager will be responsible for fostering and maintaining strong relationships with clients, developers, and stakeholders. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying opportunities for property sales and leasing, coordinating negotiations, ensuring client satisfaction, and promoting VIP's services in the UAE market. The role also entails staying updated with market trends and offering expert advice to clients regarding real estate investments and properties.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills
  • Knowledge of real estate sales, leasing transactions, and property Sales
  • Ability to conduct market research, analyze trends, and provide investment advice
  • Proven skills in negotiations and client representation
  • Proficiency in real estate marketing and business development strategies
  • Familiarity with UAE's real estate market and local regulations is preferred
  • Self-motivated professional with excellent organizational and time management skills
