Position Title: QA/QC Engineer

Location: Abu Dhabi

Industry: Marine Construction / Floating Structures

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled QA/QC Engineer to oversee and maintain quality standards across all stages of marine construction and floating structure projects. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, materials inspection, and compliance with international standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and monitor quality control systems for marine and floating structure projects.
  • Inspect raw materials, prefabricated components, welding, coatings, and buoyancy systems.
  • Prepare and review Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), method statements, and quality documentation.
  • Coordinate with third-party inspection agencies and classification societies.
  • Ensure full compliance with ISO standards and marine industry QA/QC regulations.
  • Conduct internal audits and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Prepare and manage final handover documentation, including QA/QC dossiers.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum [5] years of experience in QA/QC within marine or offshore construction.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and relevant marine classification standards.
  • Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills.
  • Ability to coordinate with cross-functional project teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10, AED17,000.00 per month
