Role:
Audit & Tax Associate

We're hiring a
CA Inter (ICAI)
or Commerce professional with solid audit and tax exposure to execute audits, manage VAT/Corporate Tax compliance, and review client accounts for a portfolio of SMEs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform internal and external audit procedures; prepare audit files & working papers; draft financial statements.
  • Handle
    VAT & Corporate Tax
    registrations, returns, reconciliations, and client advisory.
  • Conduct accounting reviews (GL/AP/AR/bank/stock), tie-outs, and documentation checks.
  • Stay updated with UAE tax laws, FTA guidance, and IFRS requirements.
  • Coordinate directly with clients for data collection, clarifications, and issue resolution.
  • Handle a
    portfolio of SME clients
    under the supervision of seniors/partners.
  • Act as the
    first point of contact
    for routine client queries on accounting/tax.
  • Review client accounting records and highlight issues, gaps, and risks to seniors/partners.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects.
  • Prior experience in auditing or tax consultancy is highly desirable.

Requirements:

  • CA Inter (ICAI)
    or B.com or M.com qualified accountancy background.
  • 1–3 years
    audit and/or tax experience (UAE or home country); UAE exposure is an advantage.
  • Working knowledge of
    UAE VAT & Corporate Tax
    processes.
  • Hands-on with
    Zoho Books / Tally / QuickBooks
    and strong
    Excel
    skills.
  • Clear communication, analytical mindset, and client-handling skills.
  • Immediate joiners
    preferred;
    UAE driving license
    is a plus (not mandatory).
