Role Description

We are seeking a highly competent and motivated Audit Assistant / Audit Associate with a CA Intermediate qualification, a strong background in an Audit Firm, and significant experience in the UAE market. This is a critical client-facing and operational role where your skills will directly impact the financial health and regulatory compliance of our diverse clientele.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:

  • Education:
     Completion of 
    CA Intermediate (CA Inter) and should have bachelor's degree as well
    .
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional accounting experience in the UAE (Required)
    .
  • Mandatory recent experience working within an 
    Audit Firm
     as an Audit Associate or similar capacity.
  • Technical Knowledge:
  • In-depth understanding of IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards)
    .
  • Expertise in UAE regulatory compliance, specifically 
    VAT filing/reconciliation
     and working knowledge of the new 
    Corporate Tax
     framework.
  • Strong communication in English.
  • Software Proficiency:
     Highly proficient in accounting software such as 
    Zoho Books, Tally, QuickBooks, or a major ERP system
     and advanced MS Excel skills.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

  • Manage the end-to-end accounting function for a portfolio of clients.
  • Perform accurate and timely 
    bookkeeping
     (data entry, ledger maintenance, journal entries) and full-cycle accounting.
  • Prepare and finalize financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) in compliance with IFRS.
  • Execute all monthly, quarterly, and annual 
    account reconciliation
     processes (bank, vendors, customers, intercompany).
  • Handle 
    UAE VAT
     computation, monthly/quarterly returns filing, and necessary documentation.
  • Assist clients with 
    Corporate Tax
     preparation, documentation, and compliance readiness.
  • Coordinate and support both internal and external 
    audit
     processes for clients.
  • Provide financial insights and reports to the management team and clients as requested.

𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀:

  • Experience handling client payroll.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail capabilities.

𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 & 𝗕𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗳𝗶𝘁𝘀:

  • Salary:
     
    AED 4,000 - AED 6,000 per month
     (Commensurate with experience and interview performance).
  • Benefits:
    Annual Leave, Health Insurance, Ticket Allowance
  • Working Days:
     Monday to Saturday.
