Digital Transformation Consultant / Strategic Digital Lead
with 14+ years of experience, including over 8 years in delivering
AI-driven B2B and B2C customer-centric smart digital transformation initiatives
. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in consulting, stakeholder management, technology strategy, and driving successful outcomes across
government, BFSI, telecom, and smart city domains
.

Key Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy & Transformation Leadership

  • Drive end-to-end
    strategic digital initiatives
    involving AI, IoT, cloud, and customer-focused platforms across diverse industries.
  • Develop digital roadmaps, business cases, use cases, epics, and success metrics aligned with organizational goals and market trends.
  • Lead digital solution ideation, feasibility assessments, and stakeholder workshops to align technology with business objectives.
  • Execute
    digital due diligence
    , market research, and risk/impact assessments to ensure program viability and scalability.

Stakeholder Engagement & Advisory

  • Serve as a key advisor to CXOs, business sponsors, and IT leaders across cross-functional streams to align transformation goals.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations through regular communication, steering discussions, workshops, and progress reporting.
  • Provide consultative support on solution design, vendor strategies, and operating model transitions.

Technology & Delivery Excellence

  • Collaborate with IT and vendor teams to define technical requirements, system architecture, and high-level features.
  • Support the delivery of seamless and modern
    UI/UX-driven customer experiences
    across mobile, web, and omni-channel platforms.
  • Identify and address solution gaps, system bottlenecks, and delivery constraints through agile, pragmatic approaches.

Governance, Change, and Continuous Improvement

  • Lead governance practices, compliance, and reporting frameworks for digital initiatives.
  • Ensure alignment with KPIs, strategic goals, and transformation charters.
  • Champion change management practices, including training, communication plans, and user adoption strategies.
