Digital Transformation Director
to join the team at VIRIDX, our newly launched Division.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manager, Digital Transformation to join the team at VIRIDX, our newly launched Division. (Dubai office) with 7-10 years of experience in the digital marketing field, preferably with experience with a leading agency. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise across paid, owned, and earned digital media strategy and good knowledge of emerging AI tools.

Candidate Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Chief Strategy & Growth Officer (CSGO) on leading new & existing client engagements for our new division VIRDIX, focused on digital transformation, AI Marketing Solutions and social media strategy.
  • Develop comprehensive digital marketing & transformation strategies through the sale of our new VIRDIX solutions.
  • Analyze social media listening metrics and a variety of digital performance data & KPIs to extract actionable insights.
  • Build and manage integrated digital media strategies aligned with client goals and KPIs using the VIRDIX tools as well as our partner Digital & AI-powered marketing analytics tools.
  • Advise client marketing team / advertising agency on digital strategy planning & execution through our new VIRDIX solutions.

Candidate Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Master's is preferred.
  • 7–10 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably within a marketing or digital media agency environment.
  • Deep understanding of paid media, owned media and earned media.
  • Proficient in social listening tools and analytics platforms with ability to interpret and act on insights.
  • Excellent client management, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
