We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Specialist Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for innovative design, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to translate client requirements into functional and aesthetically pleasing interior spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and present conceptual and detailed interior design proposals that align with client requirements and project objectives.

Create and review space plans, layouts, color schemes, furniture, and lighting designs using design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3D Max, etc.).

Collaborate with clients, project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure design execution meets quality and timeline standards.

Prepare and manage material boards, 3D renderings, and design presentations for client approval.

Conduct site visits, inspections, and progress reviews to ensure designs are implemented as planned.

Stay up to date with industry trends, materials, finishes, and sustainable design practices.

Oversee and guide junior designers and coordinate with procurement for material selection and cost estimation.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.

Minimum 4–6 years of professional experience in interior design (preferably in commercial, residential, or healthcare projects)

Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, V-Ray, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Strong creative and visualization skills.

Excellent communication, presentation, and project management abilities.

Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Knowledge of UAE design regulations and materials market is an advantage.
