Architectural Draughtsman

We are seeking a Fit-out Draftsman to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of interior fit out and capable of preparing precise and accurate drawings related to Architectural, MEP, Joinery etc.

• Develop detailed and accurate technical ID shop drawings for fit-out projects, including layouts, sections, elevations, shopfront & joinery details
• Prepare submission drawings to customer and Mall or Building management (Architectural and MEP)
• Knowledge of UAE standards as well as authority requirements.
• should have extensive experience working with AutoCAD software, advanced design skills, and a keen eye for detail.
• Designing, drafting, and processing jobs for production.
• Working with the joinery and fitout drafting team, manage the workload and meet deadlines promptly.
• Work closely with interior designers, architects, and engineers to understand and interpret design specifications and requirements.
• Ensuring all drawings are prepared in accordance with the company standards and meet the project scope and budget.
• Provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle, from initial design through to completion.
• Providing suggestions to increase productivity by setting up internal templates and procedures.
• Performing other duties as required by team.
• Completing tasks within an agreed / allocated time.
• Have a strong attention to detail.
• Have outstanding organizational skills.
• Knowledge of fitout raw materials & finishes materials
