What you'll do:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented MEP Technician to support facility operations at the Noon warehouse in KEZAD, Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing preventive and corrective maintenance activities across all MEP systems, ensuring reliable operations, safety compliance, and minimal downtime. You will play a hands-on role in maintaining operational continuity, supporting system improvements, and contributing to a culture of efficiency, reliability, and continuous improvement.
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance for all MEP systems including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing across the Noon facility in KEZAD, Abu Dhabi.
- Perform regular inspections, troubleshooting, and repair activities to ensure all equipment and systems operate reliably and efficiently.
- Execute daily, weekly, monthly, and annual maintenance tasks in line with the approved maintenance schedule, ensuring minimal downtime and full compliance with operational standards.
- Respond quickly and effectively to breakdowns, service requests, and emergencies, providing timely solutions to maintain seamless warehouse and facility operations.
- Maintain accurate logs, checklists, and service records for all MEP tasks performed, ensuring transparency and adherence to company policies.
- Coordinate with supervisors and facility management to report system performance, highlight issues, and recommend improvements where needed.
- Support installation, commissioning, and testing of new MEP equipment as operations scale.
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards, safety protocols, and local regulatory requirements at all times.
What you'll need:
- Proven experience as an MEP Technician with strong hands-on exposure to HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Technical certification or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering disciplines.
- Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and equipment schematics.
- Sound knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures, troubleshooting methods, and safe work practices.
- Experience working in warehouse, industrial, or large commercial facilities in the UAE is an advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple priorities, and respond promptly to critical issues.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with maintenance logging or CMMS systems are a plus.
