Job Summary

The MEP Supervisor oversees mechanical, electrical, and plumbing operations across facilities in the UAE. The role involves managing site teams, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, coordinating maintenance activities, and supporting project execution to meet client expectations.

Job Role & Responsibility

  • Supervise day-to-day MEP operations and maintenance activities on site.
  • Coordinate with technicians and ensure timely completion of preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
  • Monitor and inspect work to ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving MEP-related issues.
  • Review and verify materials, tools, and equipment required for maintenance works.
  • Prepare daily and weekly reports on work progress, issues, and recommendations.
  • Liaise with contractors, clients, and internal teams for smooth execution of work.
  • Support in testing, commissioning, and handover processes for new MEP installations.
  • Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with relevant codes, standards, and procedures.

Job Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Diploma/ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in MEP maintenance, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, pumps, and firefighting systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documents.
  • Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
  • Good communication and reporting skills.
  • Familiar with safety regulations and permit-to-work systems.
