Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Agent based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Sales Agent will be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective clients, understanding their unique needs, and providing effective solutions. Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining strong customer relationships, promoting telecom services, closing sales to meet objectives, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring superior service. The role also requires collaboration with team members and participation in any required training sessions to enhance sales tactics and product knowledge.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to address client needs effectively and build lasting relationships.
  • Proven expertise in Sales, including achieving targets and promoting services/products successfully.
  • Knowledge in Insurance and the ability to provide tailored recommendations and solutions based on client requirements.
  • Experience in delivering Training to peers or team members to share sales strategies and product knowledge.
  • Self-motivation, goal-oriented mindset, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English is required, and bilingual capabilities, especially in Arabic, will be an advantage.
  • Previous experience in telecom or related industries is a plus.
