Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Sales Agent, based in Dubai. The Sales Agent will engage with clients both in-person and virtually, promoting our catering services and helping to drive sales. Day-to-day tasks will include client meetings, follow-up calls, arranging events, and ensuring excellent customer service. The Sales Agent will work from home a few days a week while being present at the office or on-site as required.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven experience in Sales and ability to meet targets
  • Familiarity with Insurance processes and terms
  • Capability to provide Training to other team members
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing work from home and on-site responsibilities
  • Knowledge of the catering or hospitality industry is a plus
