Job Summary:

We are hiring a highly skilled and organized Construction Foreman to oversee site operations for ongoing construction projects across the UAE. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in managing labor teams, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring high standards of safety and workmanship on-site. This role is crucial in maintaining progress, quality, and compliance with UAE regulations and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily construction activities on-site and lead a team of workers and subcontractors.
  • Ensure work is executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule.
  • Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans set by the Project/Site Manager.
  • Monitor attendance, productivity, and performance of the workforce.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards (HSE).
  • Liaise with engineers, quantity surveyors, suppliers, and clients when needed.
  • Assist in managing the delivery of materials and ensure proper storage on-site.
  • Maintain detailed site records, including daily progress reports and manpower logs.
  • Solve site issues and technical problems promptly to avoid project delays.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols and promote a culture of safety across the team.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Foreman in the UAE construction sector.
  • Familiarity with UAE labor laws, municipality requirements, and health & safety regulations.
  • Technical diploma or trade certification in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
  • Strong ability to read construction drawings and interpret technical documents.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams, including different nationalities.
  • Good communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is a plus.
  • Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
