Location: Various project sites (Shops, Malls, and Villas)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Site Engineer / Foreman to oversee interior fit-out works across shops, malls, and villas. The ideal candidate will ensure that all site activities are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and company quality standards while adhering to mall management and authority regulations.

Note: Candidates with own visa lasting at least 4-6 months will be given preference

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate site activities for interior fit-out projects to ensure work progress aligns with project schedules and quality standards.
  • Read and interpret architectural and interior design drawings, details, and specifications.
  • Guide and manage site workers, subcontractors, and suppliers to execute work as per approved drawings and standards.
  • Ensure all works comply with company guidelines, health and safety procedures, and mall management requirements.
  • Liaise with mall management, consultants, and relevant authorities to obtain necessary permits and approvals.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to approved plans.
  • Report daily site activities, progress, and issues to the Project Manager.
  • Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials to the site.
  • Identify and resolve on-site challenges promptly and effectively.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Candidates with relevant work experience may also be considered, even without a degree.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in interior fit-out site supervision (retail, commercial, or residential).
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical details accurately.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Familiar with mall management regulations and authority approval procedures.
  • Knowledge of site safety practices and quality standards.
  • Valid UAE driving license is a plus.
