Role Overview
We are seeking a
Civil Engineer
with
5+ years of experience
specifically in
G+1 villa construction
. The candidate
must hold the required UAE license
for villa construction approvals.
The Civil Engineer will oversee planning, design, and supervision of villa projects, ensuring compliance with technical standards, safety regulations, and project timelines. The role involves direct coordination with clients, developers, and internal teams to ensure successful project completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and supervise
G+1 villa construction projects - Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality and UAE technical standards
- Prepare reports, drawings, and documentation for approvals and project execution
- Coordinate with clients, developers, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience
in
G+1 villa construction - Valid UAE license for G+1 villa approvals (Dubai Municipality / UAE)
required - Strong knowledge of UAE building codes and construction standards
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
