Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced PRO Officer to manage all government relations and ensure full compliance with UAE laws and regulations. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling visa processing, licensing, labor and immigration matters, and liaising with relevant government authorities on behalf of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all visa, immigration, and labor processes (new visas, renewals, cancellations, Emirates ID, medical tests, labor cards).
  • Liaise with government entities including MOHRE, ICP, and other relevant authorities.
  • Process and renew trade licenses, permits, and company registrations.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee documents, visas, and company approvals.
  • Monitor changes in UAE laws and regulations and advise management accordingly.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely submission of required documents.
  • Represent the company professionally in all dealings with government offices.
  • Ensure deadlines are met and compliance is maintained at all times.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a PRO Officer in the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor law, immigration procedures, and government systems.
  • Familiarity with online portals such as ICP, MOHRE, and TAMM.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Valid UAE driving license is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED4,000.00 per month
