Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory to ensure smooth operations.
Handle general correspondence and communication.
Act as the company's liaison with government authorities and regulatory bodies.
Manage visa processing, work permits, and other legal requirements for employees.
Build and maintain positive relationships with government entities to facilitate smooth business operations.
Responsible for licensing and permits required for the project.
Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture through effective employee relations.
Address employee queries and concerns, promoting a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Mediate and resolve conflicts, promoting a harmonious workplace.
Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations, and company policies.
Stay updated on changes in labour laws and advise management on necessary adjustments.
Prepare and submit required reports to regulatory authorities.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
5 + years of experience in HR, Administration, and PRO roles in UAE.
In-depth knowledge of local labour laws and regulations.
Experience on projects within energy industry will be an advantage.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office applications.
