Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Al Quoz for a Sales and Design Consultant. The consultant will engage directly with clients to assess their workspace needs, propose ergonomic solutions, and create custom layouts. Day-to-day tasks involve conducting client consultations, generating design proposals, preparing quotations, and overseeing the implementation of design plans. The role requires a balance of creative design expertise and sales acumen to ensure high-quality customer satisfaction and project success.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of UAE Experience in space planning, furniture design, and knowledge of ergonomic principles
  • Sales skills, customer relationship management, and the ability to meet sales targets
  • Skills in consulting, needs assessment, and creating tailored client proposals
  • Proficiency in design tools such as CAD or equivalent software
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
  • Time management and project coordination skills for handling end-to-end delivery
  • Knowledge of modern workspace trends and sustainable design practices
  • A degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related fields is preferred.
