Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced
Robotics Project Manager
to lead large-scale robotics initiatives and manage robotics competitions across the UAE. This role requires strong project leadership, cross-functional coordination, and the ability to deliver high-impact projects on time, within budget, and to EdNex's quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and oversee large-scale robotics projects, ensuring objectives, timelines, and budgets are met.
  • Lead robotics competitions, including planning, logistics, stakeholder coordination, and successful on-ground execution.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, procurement, and client teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Track project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation and reports as per EdNex standards.
  • Lead, mentor, and support project teams to achieve high performance and collaboration.
  • Liaise with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations.
  • Promote innovation, continuous improvement, and operational excellence in all projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale robotics or automation projects.
  • Experience in organizing and executing robotics competitions.
  • Strong project management skills, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource planning.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • In-depth understanding of robotics technologies, programming, and system integration.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bilingual proficiency is essential; Arabic-speaking candidates will be preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP or equivalent project management certification.
  • Experience with international robotics initiatives or educational robotics competitions.
  • Familiarity with emerging robotics technologies and market trends.
