As we continue to expand, we are looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Robotics & STEM Trainer to support our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building strong client relationships, delivering high-quality training, and driving operational excellence.

Robotics & STEM Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

· Ability to translate complex technical concepts and code into clear, understandable language for non-technical stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication across teams.

· Proven experience in programming and customizing projects for large-scale, international conferences and events.

· Expertise in creating scalable solutions that meet diverse partner requirements globally.

· Strong presentation and facilitation skills to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.

· Capability to adapt training content for different cultural and linguistic contexts.Lead and support technical operations in a national K–12 robotics competition

· Collaborate with the event team to ensure smooth competition flow and fair implementation of tasks

· Guide and mentor students and teachers before and during the competition through Q&A, technical support, and hands-on sessions

· Deliver training workshops in Python, C++, block coding, IoT, AI, and Arduino for students and educators

· Assist teachers in integrating STEM tools like Arduino, IoT platforms, and robotics kits into the classroom

· Create tutorials and educational resources, including documentation and technical guides

· Experience in managing school competitions or student tech challenges


Required Skills:

· Programming: C++, Python, block-based programming

· Hardware: ESP32, Arduino, IoT sensors, educational robotics kits

· Experience in event coordination or technical support for STEM/robotics competitions

· Strong communication skills; comfortable working with both children and adults

· Ability to create tutorial videos, lesson materials, and technical documentation


Bonus Points For:

· Experience in managing or volunteering in youth tech events or competitions

· Excellent communication skills

· Ability to speak multiple languages: English, French, Spanish, Arabic, Italian, Chinese, Japanese, etc.
