As part of our Founding Team, you will help define the service culture and operational excellence of a growing luxury brand built on refinement, discretion, and exceptional client care.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a refined and service-driven Travel & Concierge Specialist (Luxury) to join our Abu Dhabi office. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for a hospitality professional with a passion for luxury travel, exceptional service standards, and client relationship management.

You will be responsible for managing end-to-end travel and concierge services while delivering seamless, personalized experiences for high-end and VIP clients.

Key Responsibilities:


• Handle travel and concierge inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and digital channels


• Manage flight, hotel, and luxury holiday reservations using GDS or OTA systems


• Provide VIP concierge services including airport meet & assist, lounge access, and premium ground arrangements


• Perform receptionist and front-desk coordination duties when required


• Maintain accurate client records, booking files and follow-up schedules


• Ensure timely communication, attention to detail and consistently high service standards


• Monitor active bookings and provide smooth pre travel and post travel support


• Handle confidential and sensitive client information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism

Requirements:


• Proficiency in concierge services, reservations and receptionist duties within a luxury or hospitality environment


• 1–3 years of experience in travel, tourism, or hospitality (UAE experience preferred)


• Familiarity with GDS systems (Amadeus is an advantage)


• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a strong focus on high-end clientele


• Strong organizational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail


• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment


• Knowledge of global destinations, luxury hotels, visa processes and itineraries


• Flexibility to work extended or irregular hours when required

Preferred Qualifications:


• Prior experience with a travel agency or luxury service provider


• Strong understanding of luxury travel trends and hospitality standards


• Proven ability to manage VIP clients with discretion, professionalism, and confidence
